Boraie Development is bringing new real estate to New Jersey


Boraie Development is developing a luxury apartment complex in New brunswick, New Jersey. The apartment complex, named “The Aspire” is set to contain 238 residential units. The luxury complex comes with a variety of amenities. For one, the building is steps away from the train station in New Brunswick./ There is also plenty of shopping, dining, and nightlife within short distance. The apartment building is also directly next to the a children’s cancer institute. Int terms of interior, the building comprises of a 24/7 doorman lobby. This comes with a parking facility with direct elevator which leads directly to the lobby. All residents also have access to the state of the art fitness and yoga center. The Aspire overall has roughly 10,000 square feet of retail at its lobby.

The Boraie Development firm had basketball player Shaquille O’Neal. O’Neal grew up in the area. This is not the first time O’Neal has invested in the New Jersey market. He has also contributed to commercial renovations such as local theaters and has also lent money to local developer. O’Neal said we wanted to specifically focus on development in New Jersey. This project will be a $60 million rental complex which is going to make Newark’s first tower for housing in over 50 years. O’Neal sees his development efforts as a way to give back to his childhood community. While a lot of his partners also view it is a smart investment. The tower will comprise of 169- unit housing which will be in close par to the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. The tower will include a pool, gym, as well as a doorman. Rents will start at $1,400 per month for a studio. O’Neal overall looks to help add new housing to the area where he grew up in it a great deal for Newark.
